The Commencement Office is looking for dependable students and employees to help make Commencement 2026 a special and memorable week for graduates and their families. There are many opportunities to volunteer throughout the week starting May 13 - May 17.
Student volunteers who live on campus are eligible for a housing extension from Thursday, May 7 through Monday, May 18 paid for by the Commencement Office.
Employees interested in volunteering must receive approval from a supervisor and complete the commencement staff and faculty volunteers form
All volunteers are required to attend a mandatory meeting on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at Veale Convocation Center.
