President Edward M. Hundert took the lead of Case Âé¶¹Ó³» in 2002—as the events of Sept. 11, 2001, made their early impacts on the international stage.
During his presidency, The Alumni Association of Case Âé¶¹Ó³», a unified network of Case Western Reserve graduates and alumni of its predecessor institutions, took shape. But financial deficits and new university branding that alienated Âé¶¹Ó³» graduates eventually led to Hundert’s resignation in 2006.
